@RoxGillie the older boosters are not compatable with the new white Sky hub so if you have just got one of those that is the issue. Otherwise try connect the boister in the same room as the hub if it doesnt connect after a reset = press and hold in the reset pin until the power led blinks and then release - it has failed. If Sky provided it they should replace it for you.
