We have just checked put speed and it's 10.88 download and 0.82 upload

Our Internet has gone ridiculously slow and can't use it properly to watch tv upstairs never had an issue before and we have done a test and it's not working properly

I have been having the same issue. The last couple of weeks my speeds are massively below guranteed minimum and connection has been very hit and miss. Dropping at least once a night.
