Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Michellew3 check in the Service Checker in the My Sky app over a mobike connection to check if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line. If thry arent then call Sky to report it.
If it is a area issue then the repair will take as long as it takes and nobody can give you an estimate of how long it could take. If its a fault on your line the Openreach SLA on domestic lines is 2 full working days from report.

Anything from a few minutes to reboot a dodgy switch, a few hours to swap out a defective card in an exchange, a few days to replace a cabinet hit by a vehicle or a few weeks to dig out a buried cable under a main road.
