We have a boost box and the connected light is not lite what does this mean and how do I sort it?
The boost box does not have all 3 lights lite and the rooms near it can no longer connect to the internet and the tv in there.
I was promised WiFi in every room and it poor in half my house please help

@Lmb15 it sounds like your boister has lost its connection to the hub. Try unplgging it for a few seconds and allowing it to reboot as it msy re-establish the link. If it doesnt move it close tomthe hub and try again if itvdoesnt reconnect this time follow the instructions here @SOS2 post your Sky hub's stats as they will give the information forum members need to advise you see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
If itvdoes reconnect unplug itvagain movecitva point half way between where the hub is and where you need the boost and try again. Boosters need a good connection to the hub to work.
