We don’t have wifi connection to our App service - we do have it to everything else
We cannot watch App services through our SkyQ box. We can watch all Sky channels and we have wifi to all other devices. We've unplugged Qbox and Sky broadband box, however still doesn't let us watch Apps / can you help?

@Angie08 if it is a main Q box press the wps button on the front until the led starts flashing then do the same on your Sky hub (on most hubs the wps button is on the right hand edge and can be difficult to see) after a few seconds the light should show a steady green indicating the two have connected.
