We don’t have a ont power lead

We recently moved into a new property and the ont was left behind by the previous people but we are missing the ont power lead

You'll need to log the issue with Sky: it appears they book Openreach to provide a replacement after the activation date.

@Emily80  If your broadband is already activated with Sky moving into the new property or are you due to have it activated and how is this to be done?
