We are new to sky broadband but the WiFi is really poor on our iPhones

We are new to sky broadband, had for around 6 weeks now but the WiFi connection to our iPhones is really bad, worse connection we have had but everything on the app says it's working properly. Can anyone help? Thanks

I'm having same issues with my WiFi, I've complained but nothing been done, don't know what to do, I'm stuck with sky broadband contract, I think I've made biggest mistake signing up sky broadband. I was with virgin media broadband, I never had any issues at all. When check on the app it's showing working all fine. But it isn't working, I'm fed up.

We have deleted Safari from our phones and downloaded chrome and it does seem to be working a lot better. Maybe try that and see how it goes.
