We are having issues with our sky stream waiting to load

Hi, we are having problems with sky stream, it keeps saying wait for your programme to load. This has happened on many occasions and has even meant I cannot use services such as Netflix

@Sinead0091 most common issue is poor data connection to your Sky hub which I assume you have as you posted innthe Sky Broadband forum if you have different isp there can be other explanations.

 

You can test the connection speed by using the Network test in the Netflix app in the Get Help menu. You need at least 10Mb/s for HD and 25Mb/s for UHD to stream video. Issues like placing the puck befind wall mounted TVs or simply being to far from the hub are frequent causes.
