We appear to have weak signal on our devices but sky app says all is fine

Hi, our phones in the house are being extremely slow and the amazon show (the tv style one) keep buffering. The apps being played through the sky box are buffering like netflix and disney+ but when I check the sky app it says nothing is wrong . Anyone any ideas? Thanks

@mae-3 hi yes we all have new phones made within 1 year to 3 years.

We need to see a wireless analysis of the networks around the area from your home environment one of those smartphones is Android OS, use that smartphone at the location which states a weak signal.
