Wd3 area and v slownintermittent internet am minded to change from sky

The broadband sky gives in rickmansworth is like a yoyo and presently show 1/5 TH OF THE SPEED WE PAY FOR .... SKY IS CHEATING US

@Rainyboy22 appreciate you are frustrated but before trying to switch ISPs you need to consider that the issue is highly likely to be a fault on your phoneline rather than Sky throttling your speeds which simply doesn't happen. If the issue is on your line changing ISPs will be pointless as the problem will move with you unless they use a different network than the Openreach system.. 

 

The recent bad weather has caused many issues but if you would like independent advice from forum members who are customers like yourself please post your hub's stats as explained here Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
