I bought this last week Warmup model RSW-01-WH-RG to replace my Warmup non WiFi thermostat and spent all day Saturday trying to get it to connect. It fails by telling me to try again as it has timed out. I spent 1 hour on Warmup help desk that told me to change my moblie phone and of tablet which I did and it staill did not help. When I told her it was a Sky router she suggested I contact this forum or this help line as she had heard there was a previous problem with older devices. Hence why I'm here but having gone through 11 pages of the problem at the backend of last year I tried eveything that others tried, but to no avail.
Anybody with the same product/problem?
