Want too cancel with sky as internet has cut out over 20 times in the last 3 weeks and no one answer

Internet cut out 20 times in the last 3 weeks and can't understand why unplug plug back in nothing works ready too cancel

Have you talked to Sky about the issue, if the connection is full-fibre it shouldn't randomly disconnect that often. I'd give Sky a call and explain that it is intermittently and randomly disconnecting from the exchange.

You'll need to call Sky by mobile phone using the 03xxx telephone number because your home phone via VoIP may also have an issue. Otherwise, you may get lucky and a superuser will escalate your post to Sky.
