Hi all
I am trying to set up a new broadband and tv deal
I've just moved into a new rental. I don't know who the previous provider was, I cannot get past that section on the site or find a number to join over the phone
All advice gratefully accepted

Hi there, thanks for the reply.
The only number on the contact us page first asks to enter a phonenumber that is linked to your account. I don't have an account, that's what i'm trying to set up

Just to add that you need to make sure you have your landlords permission as Openreach and Sky may need to drill holes into the walls depending on what you've ordered.
