Want to join Sky full fibre, but its it supported by India/ wherever

I want to move from Virgin media after 10 years  and sky full fibre has just come to the area.

for those of you who have had support is it supported by UK people.  (Removed) 😄

Sky Group (a division of the Comcast Corporation) is increasingly using offshore subcontractor contact centres: as you've noted, that's the way the whole industry is going.

I'll probably give it a miss then.   I really thought Sky used English and Scottish support people.

Historically, yes, but Sky has been under American ownership since 2018 and there have been changes. It still maintains bases in Livingston and Leeds as well as the London HQ but it's unclear what percentage of call centre staff now work in those places.
