I wanted to ask someone from SKY questions about leaving them and their chatbot has insisted that I post here rather than speak to a human being. Madness. Anyway, I'll try.
Q1. When speaking to a potential new provider why do they say they cannot take over the line. I am out of contract with SKY. One property they can take over but the other they cannot. Is SKY preventing it or is there another reason?
Q2. I am up for discussing retention deals rather than moving to a new provider, but how do I contact SKY to discuss if they route me here? I may as well pick up the £18 per month saving for each property if SKY make it impossible to make contact.

Posted by a Sky employeeHi there, Sky will only prevent the line being taken over by a new provider if there is debt on the current line.
You will need to ask the new provider to process an active line take over for your existing line and number to be moved across.
To renegotiate your contract, you can use our chat service below.
