Wall to wall wifi

Hi, I have recently joined sky broadband and the guarantee was wall to wall wifi but all we are getting is buffering in the back room. Can you advise please?

@Jop1914 When you joined sky, did you sign up to have Sky Max on you account, if you did then the information below all about it, and you do have to call first to get extenders to boost the wi-fi from your wall to wall.
