Had the engineers turn up yesterday to connect us after 3 weeks of waiting , day off work , 1st engineer leaves. As nd calls a second engineer , much looking at and chatting , first engine reports "we can't do it , we need another team " leaves. As nd then that's it ! No one can tell me what the plan is , people on the phone just repeating a mantra ! .
All I want to know is when am I being connected , no phone , no tv , no internet , no mobile service at the property !!!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreUnfortunately Sky may not know when exactly you will be connected as it is down to when Openreach have the right team available to complete the work. If its a specialist required it can sometimes take a while.
