Hi. I signed up to sky and today was my activation date but I have yet to receive my broadband equipment in the post. I can't find any tracking info. My previous provider has cancelled my broadband with them as today was the switch over date so am now with Internet connection.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe Broadband hub should have arrived by now so all you can do is to contact Sky to chase then up about this. I had the very same problem years ago when I joined and had to call them up as mine turned up 3 days after the activation.
