Waiting on broadband equipment

Hi. I signed up to sky and today was my activation date but I have yet to receive my broadband equipment in the post. I can't find any tracking info. My previous provider has cancelled my broadband with them as today was the switch over date so am now with Internet connection.

The Broadband hub should have arrived by now so all you can do is to contact Sky to chase then up about this. I had the very same problem years ago when I joined and had to call them up as mine turned up 3 days after the activation.
