Waiting on Engineer

Engineer came. Wasnt in the mood to do the job. Complaining about how his boos was annoyinf, and how they have more failed jobs than sucessful. Told me he needed access to a neighbours garden, so he couldnt do it.

Im 3 weeks without BB.

Cant contact Sky. no Number. Joke

He said we would book it in for Thursday - Im away Mon, Tues, Wed. Smart B*tard, booked it in for Thursday week, now 4 weeks without BB.

  • If you want to discuss an issue with Sky, for the general-purpose number click on "Need more help" at the bottom of this page
    https://www.sky.com/help/home.
  • If you are in the ROI set the flag at the bottom of the page accordingly.
    If you have Sky Talk or Sky Mobile dial 150 for a free call to Sky.
  • When you call you will be asked if the call is to do with mobile say "No"
    You will then be asked the nature of the call say " Technical "
    You will be offered a text to the number you are calling on, say "Yes" and a text will be sent DO NOT hang up when it says to do so.
    It will then ask "do you wish to hang up" say " No" you will then be put in the queue for an advisor.
  • I hope this helps.
Passing on the tips I have learned in over 24 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.

@SteveDrogheda

Have you spoken to your neighbour regarding permission for access for any future visits!

As regards "can't contact Sky. No number" ~ If you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by just dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the very bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0818 number.
(The forum filters don’t allow us to type the digits in full).

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if you’re prompted to.

@SteveDrogheda

Then use the 0333 number in the link (or 0818 number if you're in the ROI). They are not premium rate numbers.
