Waiting months for a Full Fibre Install -trying to contact Openreach and SKY is like Fort Knox

Ordered Sky Full Fibre months ago, still no install, BT openreach now coming tomorrow but thye say they need to access the inside of the property but they don't, how the heck do you contact these people, am talking to somebody at an overseas call centre, we've had 4 abortive visits already, how do you complain? Do sky have any uk based people who have any form of contact with BT Openreach?

link doesnt seem to work at moment, I had hoped Sky might monitor this board that they host and step in with the secret code to speak to them, that has already been installed on one of our visits but I want BT Openreach to confirm they don't need anybody there as we've had 5 booked visits, 5 different engineers (apart from the no show) 5 different stories, I would not trust BT/Sky with the fluff out of my tumble dryer.

in fairness they did say that our house is too near the street, I have asked the council to move the street and create a new front garden for us, I'd even agreed to fund the landscaping of the garden but they seem reluctant to re-route the street......

Note in this context it's just 'Openreach': while still part of BT Group, Openreach Ltd is required to be operationally independent and not permitted to use BT branding.

Hi Steve I am in the same boat. Had two open reach visits and Sky have twice cancelled my order. Have you had any luck with yours since you posted this?
