Waiting for broadband Internet to be connected on 21/10/2025

Hi, I have new broadband connection with sky. I have received router and waiting for broadband Internet to be started/connected from 21/10/2025 as suggested in my account. I was hoping that connection could be started earlier than that preferably today or tomorrow. Thank you

@Muzamil123  Your activation date is set by the network provider and cannot be brought forward.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If the 21st is the date you will be given then that will be the date you should be connected as it is unlikely it will happen earlier and especially not at a weekend.
