I have ordered broadband from you since June 14, 2025, but I can't understand why I didn't get it until June 30, 2025, I can't wait any longer because my family really needs it to work, so if you don't solve it tomorrow or today, I'm sorry I want to cancel it because many places do it in 3 days from the order date

@HanhTran the only instant service you can buy would be mobile broadband as any other company supplying fixed line connections will have similar lead times

Re: Wait for the wifi to arrive at home
@HanhTran connecting a broadband serviceis somewhat more complicated than throwing a switch it is likely the date is the earliest Sky could book with Openreach in your area who do the work.

And just to add that this is predominantly a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting here.

An altnet ISP may be able to do so on their own private (and typically geographically limited) distribution: it's an unrealistic timetable for Openreach maintaining the national network.
