I have 5 wiz GU10 smart lights that have stopped working. They have been flawless since fitted around 7 months ago. Yesterday they all stopped working. I have checked for power at each outlet by inserting a standard GU10, power is OK.
Tried reconnecting using the WIz app, no joy.
When pairing it tells me to power on and off 3 or 5 times, depending on weather the bulb was previously paired or not, the bulb should blink after cycling the switch 3 or 5 times indicating it is ready for pairing, not blinking. I do suspect it may be an issue with my router, although all my other connected devices are working. I cannot find out from anywhere if the bulb has to see the network for it to blink for pairing or not. Can't believe all 5 lights have become defective at the same time. There is an option in the app to create a temporary network "Wizconfig" but when I try that I get a page 404 error, page not found. Any ideas ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Paul++C Have you tried contacting the support team of the lights manufacturer as they would be best placed to help rather than an ISP.

I have contacted them, not very helpfull really, they have just asked me to try doing everything that is in the trouble shooting guide, which I had already done before contacting them. I am now trying to get them to send me replacement bulbs as they are less than 12 months old.

Did you get anywhere with this? I have 9 GU10 and 8 of them have done the exact same thing just stopped turning on all together so cannot do any form of reset and there is nothing in the troubleshoot guide which suits bulbs that have stopped turning on. I too have tried standard Gu10s in which work and find it hard to believe 8 bulbs would all fail at once

Didn't get anywhere with getting them to work. They have sent replacement bulbs. You need to send them proof of purchase before they will agree to agree to send them though.
