WIFI not connecting and cutting out

service checker tells me everything is ok, sky themselves tell me everything is ok yet i have devices that wont connect or will constantly disconnect. sky said it would take weeks for an engineer to come out 

 

they sent me a new router and everything worked fine for a couple days.  Now its back to the same problem, my iphone says im connected then will constantly disconnect and use data when trying to load a webpage as its lost its wifi connection, my computer tells me "wifi doesnt have a valid ip configuration" yet sky service checker tells me everything is good

 

i have reset the router, unplugged for a period of time, rebooted devices and all the lights are green on the router

 

sky have already investigated the issue and told me to wait 72 hours, i get a text to say no faults found, whats next, wait weeks for an engineer?

I have the same problem- wondering if its an area issue?
