Help please, just started a new job and my WIFI keeps dropping out. Speed is currently onlt 64. Not sure if there is a problem with the router?

@lucysky15 Do any other devices have loss of Wi-Fi in the property when this happens to the laptop?

Hi, I can confirm that both my wife and I work from home, both laptop lose connection as do both our mobile phone. thanks in advance Simon

@lucysky15 Do you have a black or white router from Sky and do the lights on the rotuer change colour when this issue happens?
