WIFI dropping out and hub reset to original name

Over the past week my sky broadband router has been disconnecting WIFI from all devices. There are no error LEDs when this happens. Also I have noticed that the HUB name has reset to its original. I had it set for years to a WIFI name which related to our family with a custom password. It now shows the original name such as SKYPKKMK. I thought this was fine so we left it back at original and entered the original hub password but the issues of drop out still remains. I then logged into the hub and changed the HUB ID back to the custom with the new custom password, this worked fine for a day then again after drop out last night it's changed back to default hub ID and password. Drop outs are happening not a rate of a 3/4 a day now. The hub I have is the one supplied when I upgraded to Sky Q, I'm now on sky glass.

This sounds like a faulty hub to me, you need to contact Sky to get a replacement.
