Hi, I'm having a real headache with my connectivity. My wifi seems to be working, my router is all lit up green, I've done all the troubleshooting suggestions, but I'm finding that certain websites aren't working and will only work if I switch to mobile data. This is happening both on my phone and on my laptop. It seems like larger bandwidth sites aren't working properly - I can't load whatsapp, I can't see pictures, I can't open Pinterest, I can't receive Whatsapp calls - although sometimes it does work. So it's unclear what the actual problem is - everything looks to be connected and online but certain sites and apps aren't functioning properly.
