WIFI NOT WORKING SINCE 01/07/24

PLEASE HELP ME MY WIFI HASN'T BEEN WORKING FOR 1 WEEK NOW. WIFI LIGHT KEEP ON DISAPPEARING FOR NO REASON. I ALSO WORK FROM HOME. SO DEPRESSING I CANT FUNCTION. I HAD TO GO TO A CAFE TO USE THEIR WIFI.. PLEASE WHY AM I PAYING SKY FOR?? I HAVE CALLED, EMAIL. NOBODY HAS SINCE HELP

Sky doesn't use email for fault logging.

 

Do you actually have an open support case with Sky as a result of a phone call?

YES I HAVE AN ONGOING CASE WITH THE SKY. THEY SENT ME A NEW BROADBAND. IT ACTUALLY THE NEW BROADBAND PLAYING UP. IT HASNT WORK SINCE WE SET IT UP. HAVE REQUESTED FOR ANOTHER BROADBAND, NOTHING HAPPENED.
