WI FI and Broadband suddenly stopped working around 10:50

Sky WiFi and broadband stopped working around 10:50 today. I tried checking my WiFi and broadband test using My Sky app but it says all is working but in reality it is not.

If the My Sky app line test doesn't pickup a fault you'll need to call Sky on 150 from your landline or the 03 number from your mobile at the bottom of https://sky.com/help under the 'Need more help?' banner

I cannot find a button to upload a picture to provide information on my Router maintainence tab.

@RHDesai  When you are typing a message you will see icons above, one of them is of a camera that is what you use to upload pictures. If you are using a phone then you might have to either click on the 3 lines that look like a hamburger.

Thanks @Highlinder, actually it was difficult to find the button to upload photos on a mobile but thanks for the advice, that was helpful.
