Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@RHDesai When you are typing a message you will see icons above, one of them is of a camera that is what you use to upload pictures. If you are using a phone then you might have to either click on the 3 lines that look like a hamburger.

Thanks @Highlinder, actually it was difficult to find the button to upload photos on a mobile but thanks for the advice, that was helpful.
Below are the Router Stats, if it helps in figuring out the problem.
