WHY - Can I not Talk to anyone???

It is so VERY VERY fustrating not being able to talk to anyone!!

I have broadnband and Sky Glass, I can't watch UHD on the Glass, as it simply will not play 'waiting to load' and on HD the voice/picture keeps losing sync.

All I keep getting when I contact all the virtual Bots is it 'all looks OK'  I have to be plugged into the Ethernet Cable to take teams call as the WiFi signall is so POOR.  23mps, on a laptop less than 3m from the wifi, Glass says 13.81 less than 1m from the wfi, my phone less than say 520mps.  Hard wired Sky Puck says 75.58.

I had ZERO issues with BT, not plauged with problems as can't speak to anyone. SOOOOO Angry and Fustrated.

Stuck in contract where the service is Not Fit For Purpose.  I want to cancel.

To call Sky dial 150 (free) from your Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile or alternatively use the following link
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ leading to a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ to see a dedicated ROI number.

The posting of full phone numbers isn’t permitted on the forum.

Any calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

I want to cancel.

If you’re moving to another ISP you could use the One Touch Switching system which is explained in this link
https://www.uswitch.com/broadband/guides/one-touch-switch/

If you are cancelling Broadband/Talk altogether you need to contact Sky and give the required notice of 14 days. Remember that if you are still in a discounted 18/24 months deal Sky could impose cancellation charges.

Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you near the end of any notice period. Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.
