Voip Work phone that connects to Hub is not working.

I have recently got the new Sky Stream Router and sky steam TV.  I have been working from Home for years and have connected my work phone to my sky router to make and receive calls.  Following receipt of new router  - My phone connects and has a dialing tone & all usual display but I cannot make or receive calls.  I have phoned sky who say the new router does not support this so how can I work from home on this basis - I cannot believe this is true there must be lots of people WFH in the same situation who are sky clients or is there a work around I am missing.

@Loralie did you have a Sky Calling plan before the router change? I have Sky broadband and talk, and my calls go through my router.

If you check your Sky account  it should say if you have Sky line rental and Sky talk internet calls.

@Loralie

There is no 'Sky Stream Router'.

Do you mean the white Max Hub?

They weren't entirely correct, but there is a known issue with using VoIP phones, particularly business hardware, behind a Max Hub.
