Voice light orange, internet light off. No connection.

I've lost all connections to the internet. Tried resetting it, turning off power, checked cables and ran tests. Nothing has worked. The voice light is orange and the internet light is off. Both other lights are green. I rely on the internet to work from home and I'm being gaslit by the sky app which says there are no issues. Any suggestions on how to fix this or who to contact?

Exact same here, what's happening sky?? I can't even watch my sky glass, so so annoying

I'm the exact same...MySky app telling me everything is good but I'm looking at two orange lights and my sky stream and phone telling me there is not broadband connection.

Loss of conection after midnight is mostly likely due to overnight network maintenance work. If so the service will be back in the morning.

That's not good enough though is it? No communication to tell us it'll happen and we pay for our service to be constant. To be if anyone was working and couldn't get logged on.

I couldn't start work at 6.45, but it was back about 7.30/7.45ish.

In fairness I've been with them for over 2 years and this is the first outage (apart from electicity being off issues!)
