So is mine and none of my devices were connected to WiFi.  I unplugged and waited 10 seconds and plugged back in, I have connections again but voice light is still orange.  Is this fixable and what does voice light mean

I used to get this often, hold the reset button on the back for 30 seconds. You will see the lights flash on the front of the router, release it and once it reconnects the orange light should appear green. Sky couldn't tell me why this happens as it shouldn't effect the wifi, but I had to do a reset at least once a month

I also keep having this issue. Turing the router off and on again tends to fix this, but I'm having to do so several times a month (twice already this week).

They've sent me a replacement router but it's still happening.

To be honest, it's not good enough and I won't be remaining with Sky if it keeps happening.

This is a fairly regular fault caused by an issue with the node on the server at Sky's end bot operating correctly. Resets etc work because the break the connection and you reconnect to a different node. The servers are often housed in remote locations so it takes a while for engineers to fix them.

It's beyond a joke tbh. Never had this issue in 2 years of virgin media, nor with any of the regular internet providers I had before that.

@samblower93 Sky have 6 million broadband customers if 0.1% of them have an issue they is 6,000 unhappy customers. You can go years without an issue then hsve an issue that doesn't mean Sky are worse the Virgin Media simply you are currently unlucky. In fact independent analysis normally place Sky way above Virgin.
