So is mine and none of my devices were connected to WiFi. I unplugged and waited 10 seconds and plugged back in, I have connections again but voice light is still orange. Is this fixable and what does voice light mean

I also keep having this issue. Turing the router off and on again tends to fix this, but I'm having to do so several times a month (twice already this week).
They've sent me a replacement router but it's still happening.
To be honest, it's not good enough and I won't be remaining with Sky if it keeps happening.

Mine woke up fixed and working after a couple of resets. Hope yours all gets sorted too

Resets etc work because the break the connection and you reconnect to a different node. The servers are often housed in remote locations so it takes a while for engineers to fix them.

It's beyond a joke tbh. Never had this issue in 2 years of virgin media, nor with any of the regular internet providers I had before that.

You can go years without an issue then hsve an issue that doesn't mean Sky are worse the Virgin Media simply you are currently unlucky. In fact independent analysis normally place Sky way above Virgin.
