View basket and my orders not updating

My orders still say I'm waiting for my Sky Max Hub, it has arrived and installed. I added Max WiFi to get extra WiFi coverage, but I can't see my basket, I don't know if the order for Max WiFi has been placed, placed multiple times (I tried to place the order again). I would like to check the order has been placed ( and not placed twice) and maybe just view my basket?

@Pete651 Have you logged into your sky account and taken a look at your my Orders section, also you may have something in your My Messages?

@Pete651

 I Would suggest checking nractimg Sky about this so they can both check what has ordered and if needs be to place the order for you.

Re: View basket and my orders not updating

I've done as both suggested but nothing has changed. The first call to Sky resulted in a ordered being placed for a hub I already had (I just wanted a WiFi booster) . The second call was a bit more hopeful as I was told a WiFi booster would be sent to me (but only when my hub had been connected and activated) it had already been activated, but I'm getting texts to say it hasn't yet.. My orders still says my hub is yet to arrive ( I've had it a week now) and no sign of the WiFi booster, I had high hopes when transferring from EE to Sky but so far my experience has been mixed. I'm reluctant to ring Sky again it just seems thing are over complicated and difficult when they should be simple.
