Very very slow WiFi speed since last one week

I have shut off the modem and dislodged all connections in order to reset / reboot the slow WiFi 

I have been doing this twice to thrice a day but this trouble shooting has not helped.

please provide further advise on how to resolve this as my professional work requires internet 

thus is vey disappointing

@MS681 Hopefully you are on a FF Full Fibre speed connection doing what you are presently!
