Hi iv been with sky 18 months almost. This year it's been do slow amd at 6 to 7 pm tends to keep cutting out.
Says I'm entitled to a refund as I'm me t to have a speed guarantee. Iv rebooted the hub rebooted phone, tablet etc. Keep going around in circles online.

My WiFi is very slow at times, and sometimes drops out. T.V. okay but mobile not so. I have re-booted but makes no difference
