Very slow internet when weather is hot

As soon as the temperature hits 25 degrees my broadband speed drops to less than 1MBps - normally about 150.

have spoken to Sky numerous times, changed router etc, but no difference. We have had two visits from Openreach who inevitably turn up when the temperature has dropped, and can't find any issues.

Getting bored of calling the Sky helpline to take pointless steps of rebooting the router etc. it's definitely something on the outside line - router lights stay Green but speed just drops.

Once the temperature dips

in the evening, I'm back to normal.

Any one got any ideas as to how to get this resolved?

@manwithstick do these slow ups show on the speed tests.in the service checker in the My Sky app or website or only on devices connected by wifi? Have you ruled out the hub over heating which can happen if it is in directvsunlight or worse in a stack with other equipment?

It would also be hdlpful to know which hub you have out of those in the picture on this link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

Re: Very slow internet when weather is hot

Yes the slow speeds show up on the Service checker, Sky have already replaced the router twice with the same issue, router is not in direct sunlight and has ventilation all around, so don't think it is router related.
