Very slow internet ( if any)

Takes ages to connect in the first place.  If it does connect and I try to connect to a certin thing or company nine times out of ten it will

say taking too long try refresh which does not do anything.  I am getting fed up with this as I have been a customer of sky for many years

but I am certainly thinking of changing to another company.
