Very slow download speed

My Sky broadband is super slow now, it takes about 10-15 seconds to downaload 5MB, 30 hours to download 33GB, this is a joke, my sky tests say everything is fine which it clearly is not so thats a waste of time. Don't know what to do here.

What devices are you downloading on/doing the speedtest? Your WiFi speeds may be significantly lower than ethernet connected devices

Hi, im downloading from PS5, XBox series X and download speed is on iphone, did an external speed test from speed test website from my phone ad it was 1.19MB download speed.  both consoles are wired and very slow,

Hi, I have tried logging in to the router but none of the passwords work, tried sky, password and my WIFI password but none of them work, i have never changed the password.

It doesnt work on Apple devices using Safari. Either use a non apple device or a different browser like Chrome on your apple device

Thanks for the info, here are the statistics, the issue i am habing is very slow download speeds on all devices i use.

Your stats are reporting a line speed of 56mbps. You should be seeing around 50-53mbps on a download via ethernet. Can you provide a screenshot/picture of a download or speedtest taking place on a device connected directly to the hub via ethernet? There should not be anything inbetween such as a powerline adapters, boosters etc. Also make sure no other device is running a download at the same time.

Hm okay and are you sure there is nothing else downloading/uploading & the PS5 is definitely wired? I only ask because your upload is higher than the download which is quite often a symtom of being on a poor WiFi connection or another device using all the downstream bandwidth.

Yeah its deffo wired also says it on the screen before doing the test so its definitley using the wired connection, only thing else that is on is the sky box.

Looking at the statistics and the PS5 connection speeds it looks like

the downstream and upstream are mixed up. I have done a reset of the router, ill see what that does.
