Very slow Wi-fi <1Mb/s (should be 30-40Mb/s) for a number of days. How can we fix?
We have reset the router, switched off and on, unplugged it several times. I am concerned that the Sky Q network n maybe casting an additional w--fi network over our existing network or it may be a new issue but either way our broadband has been hopeless now for the best part of week., Please may we get an engineer to fix it. Thanks

Is it affecting all devices or just some. What is the actual line speed showing on the My Sky app when you run the line test?
