Very poor WiFi in the house

Hi, It's been long I'm trying to ignore this issue but I can't even watch an episode properly without an issue, the WiFi is too slow and my kids studies are getting affected as it doesn't work properly in the rooms or even if they are sitting next to router it keeps disconnecting and the quality is really poor.
