Very low download speeds
Internet is cutting out all the time, we have very low download speeds 2mb.we have changed the cable to from hub to telephone line box and it has made no difference. We are paying for a service we are not receiving

@Alan255 check the speed test in the Service Checker innthe My Sky app because if speeds to the hub are below the guaranteed speed it should offer help including booking an engineer to check the line. By clickingbthrough you can see the spedds for the last 21 days and the guaranteed speed for your service. More information here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-speeds-explained
