Hi. I'm desperate for help with my broadband. It is constantly slow and intermittent. I'm regularly unable to get onto the Internet and it just drops out for no reason even though the box still has its 3 green lights showing. SKY please help!!!!

The best way to get this resolved as would seem that the broadband test is not picking up this issue would be to call Sky and ask them to run further checks.
Dial 150 on your landline, when asked the nature of the call say " Technical ", you may be asked for a mobile number give this, but DO NOT hang up, stay on the line to be dropped into the queue to speak to an advisor.
If need be have your router stats handy to point out that you have raised noise margins on downstream of 8.1 when it should be 6.0 and the upload is the same with lost speed.
