Veify the new address in my order and shipping of the Sky hub.

Hi,

 

we're a couple of days away from moving into a new place and I placed an order to disconnect our broadband in the old place and get it connected in the new place next Monday.

 

Is there a way to check the address in that order? Looking at the order status it only tells me when it's gonna be activated and that the Sky Hub will be shipping soon.

 

Regarding the Sky Hub, I understand we can take the one we currently use with us and don't need a new hub shipped at all? Is that about right?

You definitely need to take the current Hub with you.  If a replacement unit is required (Q Hub to Sky Broadband Hub for example) then that would be shipped to you.
