VPN to Barclays is connecting but constantly dropping

Hi

 

Since Friday 2nd August my dns has been dropping regularly when connected at home via sky. It is dropping via both WiFi and Ethernet. Today I received a new work laptop and the same thing is happening. Please can you move me to different dns servers to see if there are issues connecting to Barclays on the current servers?

@Maz72  In case your not aware, this is a customer helps customer community, nothing will happen as a result of your post.

 

Sky would not be able to identify you from a forum post.

 

1 thing to try is to disconnect your hub from the mains for 1 hour to see if it will pick up a new IP address.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Maz72 do you have the new white Sky hub as there is an obscure issue with those units and some company VPNs. It is unlikely to be a DNS issue if you connect but the connection drops.
