I am having the same issues with my VPN, upgraded to sky wifi Max. Can someone contact me please.

Hi, I have just upgraded routers yesterday to Sky max Hub (White) and am now having the same issues unable to connect to corporate VPN, tried enabling UpNP (seen on other posts) but no success, could this be looked into for me? Thanks

We upgraded last week and the minute the new router was up and running I have had complete failures in my ability to connect to my work VPN and the signal drops in and out constantly - I have even hardwired into Ethernet and it's still terrible. The past few days I have had to go and find a cafe to be able to work.
It's going to be nearly 2 weeks for an engineer visit and from what I can see it won't make any difference. Been on the phone to sky for nearly 2 hours today to try and sort this.
I will be seeking compensation and some form of refund and recompense.

For business VPN not working at all with the Max Hub, Sky requests users fill in the form linked from the pinned post at the top of this forum.
An engineer visit cannot resolve VPN - Map-T conflict: that's a core network function which requires change by Sky at their end.
