VPN / MS Teams working from home

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could provide me with some assistance / guidance please.  I currently work from home and connect to a VPN.  I use Microsoft Teams frequently throughout the day, but my reception is shocking, delays, fuzzy images, sometimes it just kicks me out.  Last week I upgraded to Sky Broadband Boost.  Unfortunatley my Microsoft Teams is still asbad.  Everything else is fine.  Can anyone help?

How is your device connected to the Sky Hub, if possible try to connect using an Ethernet cable and see if there is any difference. If using Wi-Fi, it could be one or more of many things. Subscribing to Broadband Boost would typically entitle you to a booster to help with the Wi-Fi.

The somewhat unfortunately named 'Broadband Boost' does not (and cannot) actually boost broadband, as in increase speed delivered to the address.  As @Skull+Treaty indicates, it might help with wireless within the property but if you already had a Sky Broadband Hub (the upright one) then only claiming a separate wireless booster can do so.

Re: VPN / MS Teams working from home

Microsoft are currently having worldwide problems with all Microsoft365 services - which includes "Teams".

Edit - apparently they've rolled back a network change they made which they're hoping will fix the problems.
