If I use a google wifi as the first connection from my OTP then connect the sky router from it's ethernet port, will the VOIP line still work ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Anonymous suspect the voice line is going to be the least of your issues as I suspect it. Is highly unlikely your proposed set up will work. The WAN connection traffic from the ONT must be kept separate from the LAN connection so the Google Wifi must only be used for that purpose. Using wifi for the WAN is never recommended due to stability issues.

The Google wifi is a router. The wan from the otp modem can plug straight in

No is the answer to your question, the telephone service from the ATA port on the Sky router will no longer work.
It is possible to get it to work but that requires subnetting the IPv6 delegation (amongst other things) which is highly unlikely to be an option on any consumer level product.
