VOIP and Wifi calling issues on Sky Max hub

Cannot use VOIP or wifi calling on iphone since Sky Max hub was installed. Can somebody escalate and assist please?

@Joelb6544 the escalation service is not available currently.

 

WiFi calling should not be an issue on the Sky Max hub if you mobile provider allows it and the iPhone is correctly set up in the Mobile Service settings. Certainly I have not had issues myself with either 3 or Sky Mobile on our iPhones.

For VOIP you may need to call Sky to change a setting at network level but try enabling UPnP first see UPnP set up

as that should change the IP address sharing from 1:8 to 1:1 which can help with some VOIP services.
